OPEN CALL FOR ART AND POETRY: SJP Apartheid Wall Installation (Anne-Sophie Kagan)

Bowdoin Students for Justice in Palestine is seeking submissions of poetry and artwork (any medium) as part of an Apartheid Wall installation that will be going up in May to call attention to the genocide in Gaza and apartheid state that Palestinians are living under.

The installation will feature large-scale murals on one side, and on the other, we are hoping to showcase related student work. Feel free to submit both poetry and art, though you will need to fill out a separate form for each.

All styles of creative expression are welcome. We see the arts as a crucial component of activism and want to draw on Bowdoin's rich creative community for this initiative. Thank you in advance for your submission!

We'll be accepting work through the beginning of May.

Feel free to reach out to icruz@bowdoin.edu or akagan@bowdoin.edu with any questions.

In peace & power.
