The Oud Player of Cairo: Echoes from a Bygone World: A Book Reading by Friday April 19th: Jasmin Attia and Music Performance by Amos Libby and Eric LaPerna (Marybeth Bergquist)

Please join us as we welcome Egyptian American author, Jasmin Attia, as she reads excerpts from her novel The Oud Player of Cairo, accompanied by Bowdoin's own Oud musician Amos Libby and Riq musician Eric LaPerna (Director of Middle Eastern Music Ensemble at Bowdoin).

Open to the public free of charge. Middle Eastern desserts and refreshments will be served.
