National Chip & Dip Day Social! (Oliver Goodrich)

March 23 is National Chip & Dip Day! This annual holiday is a celebration of all chips and dips – whether you prefer tortilla chips and guac, pita chips and hummus, or plain old potato chips and french onion dip, March 23 is your day to celebrate.

Bowdoin staff and faculty are invited to celebrate this fun day by coming together for a casual employee social. There will be a small gathering held on Thursday, March 23 in the 30 College Great Room. Drop by anytime between 11:30am and 1:30pm. Bring a favorite chip or dip to share with colleagues, and enjoy the chance to connect with colleagues during spring break.

If you plan to come, please RSVP here and let the organizers know what you plan to bring. Questions? Email Oliver Goodrich at o.goodrich@bowdoin.edu.

Fun fact: Did you know that an estimated 284 million Americans collectively consume almost 2 billion pounds of potato chips each year? That’s almost 7 pounds of potato chips per person each year!
