Learn how to prune fruit and ornamental trees from Bowdoin’s very own Jeremy Tardif, the assistant manager of grounds and landscaping! Meet us outside of the Chapel, near the North THRIVE entrance on March 8th from 11:15 AM-12PM. Topics covered will include how to prune to maintain the health and shape of the tree, maximizing canopy air flow, the basics of pruning with a demonstration by Jeremy, and the importance of monitoring the tree’s lower trunk. Open to all students, faculty, and staff. Informational handouts will be included. Hope to see you there!
